Why are you named Exotic Style Limousines? Do these "exotic" limousines cost more? Why should I choose an "exotic" limousine versus the standard? When did you first open your company, and do you provide a nice fleet of late model vehicles? Is your company licensed and insured properly? Where are you located, and why is your company not on the VA DMV website? Why should I choose your company if you are in NC versus a VA based company, and do you charge more for this? How do you screen your drivers? So why should I choose Exotic Style Limousines? How do I make a reservation? Why are you named Exotic Style Limousines? We named our company Exotic Style Limousines, because we carry a more exotic fleet than the average company. Instead of carrying the "typical" Lincoln Town cars, Ford Excursions, Hummers, etc. we carry Cadillacs, Chryslers, Infiniti, unique party buses, and we will be carrying Jaguars, Mercedes Benz, and BMWs soon. We also customize our interiors of our limousines, and we have them designed with every possible option to insure for a good time, and a safe ride. Back to Top Do these "exotic" limousines cost more? Of course they do. Its just like if you were to go to the dealer to buy a new car, you will pay more for a Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes Benz, etc. than a Lincoln, or Ford. Its all about the quality and the luxury of the vehicle. You simply "get what you pay for". Back to Top Why should I choose an "exotic" limousine versus the standard? It ultimately comes down to your decision. If you would rather rent a standard limousine that you see everywhere, and you do not want the thrill of riding in style, then choose a standard limousine. If you want something different, want everyone to turn their heads when they see you ride by, want to feel important, want to ride in luxury, want to have fun, and not be bored in the limo, then choose a more "exotic" limousine. However, we do carry some of the standard limousines, if that is what you would prefer. Back to Top When did you first open your company, and do you provide a nice fleet of late model vehicles? We first opened our business September of 2007, and stated our services January 2008, however we have been in the limousine and transportation business since April 2001, so we have done much research, and have knowledge of the business. SInce we are a fairly new company, and we buy our vehicles new, we have a very nice fleet with late model vehicles, and we try to purchase/replace our vehicles every 6 months, unlike older established companies, whom still have some of their first limousines running in their fleet. Back to Top Is your company licensed and insured properly? Absolutely! We made sure we had all the proper requirements before we even purchased our first vehicle. We are registered with the Federal US Department of Transportation, Incorporated, and we carry a $5,000,000.00 insurance policy on ALL of our limousines. Back to Top Where are you located, and why is your company not on the VA DMV website? We are located just south of the VA/NC line in Currituck NC, however we have a "satellite" office in Virginia Beach if you would need to meet us. We are on the Federal US DOT web site, as we travel through different states. Our authority with the USDOT overrides all states, since this is a Federal authority. It is much more difficult to obtain and maintain a Federal status versus a state authority, and we must abide to more strict guidelines. We carry the same authority as truckers whom travel through different states. We have a USDOT #1682905, which allows us to transport passengers "for hire" across state lines, and an ICC Motor Carrier #618375 which allows us to pick up passengers in ANY state! Since we are registered in the state of NC, we have NC "for hire" tags, and do not need VA "for hire" tags. We are just over the border, in fact we have to go through Virginia Beach to purchase gas or even go to the store. Also, Currituck county is actually considered a suburb of Virginia Beach, so no, we are not far at all, and we do not charge any extra. The only time we would charge extra for travel time is if we had to pick you up in Elizabeth City, NC. Outer Banks, NC. Franklin, VA. Emporia, VA. Newport News, VA. Hampton, VA. Williamsburg, VA. and beyond. Back to Top How do you screen your drivers? Not only to we have our own requirements and company policies, but since we are registered with the USDOT, we are required to do an extensive background check on our drivers, as well as pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, random drug testing, 20-30 page application, perfect driving record, and our drivers must do a daily log. A daily log insures our customers, that our drivers haven't been working all day and night. Most companies are not required to do this, and you may have a driver that is way too tired to even be behind the wheel, and this could endanger your life! So, yes we have a strict hiring procedure, and we do not just hire anyone that comes in our office seeking employment. Back to Top So why should I choose Exotic Style Limousines? Our goal is not to be the largest in the area, but to have the newest, and greatest limousines available, as well as providing you will exceptional service preformed by our chauffeurs. Even though our limousines may cost a little bit more, it is well worth the price! Just simply call our office at (757) 647-7000 or toll free at 888-STYLE-4U (888-789-5348). We do require a 50% deposit on a major credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. At that time we will ask for all the trip information, as well as your information, and we will provide you with a reservation and email you your confirmation.
