1. Client understands that there will be no eating or smoking in the limousine. 2.Client shall be liable for all damages to the limousine, caused by the client or members of his or her party, sustained during client's trip; to include all spills, burns, rips, tears, or damage to the televisions, stereo, or other equipment. 3. Client agrees to pay a service charge of $250.00 to clean any spillage in the limousine. 4. Client hereby authorizes the Limousine Company to charge a 50% or $200.00 deposit, whichever is greater, to the credit card on file, at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Client understands that the Limousine Company does not give refunds at any time. A 20% Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and will be added to the bill for parties of 6 passengers or more.. 5. Client understands cancellation fee is $250.00 or 50% of total reservation price, whichever is greater. If cancellation is made after 14 days prior to the event, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. 6. Client agrees to directly pay the driver for the cost of all parking expenses, tolls, or overtime. Overtime will be applied after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time. 7. Client agrees that if anyone in the party is found with illegal drugs or weapons, fighting, or any other conduct, considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, the chauffeur is under strict order to terminate the run immediately without refund. 8. A Parent or legal gardian must make all reservations for proms, ring dances, or birthdays under the age of 21. Privacy partition is to remain open to the chauffeur if the passengers are under the age of 21 unless accompanied by an adult. If anyone under the age of 21 is found with or consuming alcohol, the run will be terminated without refund, the contracted parent or gardian will be notified, and the school principal will be notified.
